Bailey Animal Rescue Trust mission is to trap, spay, neuter and release (TNR) feral cats, feed them, provide vet care and and to rescue them when needed.

For dogs and cats in need of help, our mission is to feed them or provide food to the owners to feed them, provide vet care, provide supplies such a dog houses and to rescue them, when needed, and find forever homes for them.
